Introductory Post

Sup?  I'm Amanda.  I fell in love with Boy Meets World when it first aired 20 years ago, and it's really a family tradition.  So, we were totally excited for Girl Meets World and I started Google Alerts and everything to see when it would go into production so my family could get tickets to a taping because it means that much to us.

It hasn't gone into production yet, but I have come across a lot of news that my friends and family are sick of me sharing with them on Facebook.  So, yeah, I'm slightly late to the game, here, but going forward I can share the news I come across here.  And comment on it.  Trust me, I'm the funnest commentator.  I grew up in a family of natural performers and I have improv skills, yo.  I can also sing, but that has nothing to do with this blog.

At this point, everyone knows that August Maturo is in as Louis Matthews, Teo Halm is out as Elliot Matthews (which sucks), and that at this time there are no immediate plans for Will Friedle to return as Eric Matthews as he doesn't do live action anymore, but he's not against doing an appearance, it's just a wait and see scenario.  So, that's what I didn't update while I wasn't starting this blog, and we really didn't miss that much.

So, I'm going to update with news and stuff, maybe some flashback to Boy Meets World stuff if I get bored, and of course, episode reviews when they finally come out (though, full disclosure, they'll be like a day late.  Always).

I hope that I can make the best Girl Meets World blog in the blogosphere, or at least top 10, and that y'all enjoy it.
